About Us
Spacious, 19th century carriage house with self-catering two and three bedroom family suites. Privacy and the open floor plan make this the ideal setting for a family or group of friend. Choose from full or partial cooking facilities. Available by the day, week, or year round.
Conveniently located in Cooperstown village across from trolley stops, guests can walk or leisurely ride to all attractions.
The carriage barn floor has two bedrooms, a full bath, and open floor plan making it fully accessible.
There are several eating and sitting areas, and the "hayloft" is a favorite with young ones. A mini-kitchen area, microwave, coffee maker, cable television, puzzles, and flexible sleeping nooks makes this an "eclectic haven."
The small side deck leads to the upper floor which seems to be a favorite with groups of friends or extended families traveling together. With three separate bedrooms (one with two twins, the other two have queens in each) and equipped kitchen and full bath, this is the "home away from home." Toddlers' moms love this floor with its wide open space (35'X35'), minimal "stuff" and "child proof gates."
