The Legend Homes Best Practices Task Force, created to analyze construction practices for long-term liability, studies the latest developments in building sciences. We have studied the latest developments in building sciences regarding moisture intrusion, mold remediation, product failures, and the integration of assemblies and materials. Field trips for technical investigations, product testing and analysis, and seminars by industry groups are utilized to ensure decisions are supported by independent sources.

The procedures we’ve developed are applied to a variety of green building topics, including energy reduction, air quality improvements, green products viability analysis and recycling enhancements. We also track industry changes, trends and innovations on an ongoing basis. During our more than 40-year history in the homebuilding industry, we have developed many strong and loyal business relationships—an advantage that allows us to negotiate the best prices for these products.
