WHAT IS A TCS (TRAFFIC CATCHER SYSTEM) PAGE AND HOW CAN IT HELP MY BUSINESS?

It is a web page built specifically for you and located on the Chamber Directory of our website. It gives you the opportunity to promote your business through electronic communications and allows others to easily find you by using computers and other devises (cell phones, I pads, etc.). It reaches a large audience through search engine optimization and a trusted site (the Chamber website). It is relatively easy to use and you have the ability to edit it yourself at any time you may choose. It counts traffic so you can see how many exposures you are getting. It links to your website and social media so people can spread the word about you and your business. It certainly will help get your brand out there. The best part is, IT’S FREE. It is included in your membership fees and there are absolutely no additional charges.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY TCS PAGE ON THE CHAMBER WEBSITE?

Notify us at the Chamber and we will send you an email with your own personal User Name and ID number (password). Then simply go to the Chamber Website, click on LOGIN at the top bar, enter your username and password. You will see several red buttons. The very first one is REQUEST SETUP. Click on that button and you will be prompted to fill out the information. Follow the easy instructions and submit. In 4-7 days, our support team at Chamber Nation will build your TCS Page and you will receive email confirmation of its completion. You can then check your page by going to the Chamber Website at www.herefordtx.org and click on DIRECTORY at the top bar. You can then search your business name or category and find your listing. There will be a box to the right of your name with "more about this member." That is your traffic page. At any time you want to edit your page, simply use the user name and password to login and access your page. If you would like, you may change your Username and password if you do not like the one assigned to you. IMPORTANT, do not change until you have completed the SETUP function.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A WEBSITE?

That’s ok. You can still set up a TCS page. It may require a bit more information about your business during the set up process.
