The Alabama Education Association (AEA) is committed to providing comprehensive support and advocacy for educators across the state. Through the AEA Center for Field Services, we deliver on-site professional services to our members and local associations, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources necessary for success.

Our team of 36 UniServ Directors serves AEA members including active educators, education support professionals (ESP), postsecondary faculty, and administrators across Alabama. These dedicated professionals offer assistance in key areas such as professional development, grievance proceedings, employment issues, hearings, salary negotiations, policy development, and legislative advocacy. Additionally, our UniServ staff supports members with organizing efforts, professional counseling, and training programs tailored to their needs.

At AEA, we are dedicated to protecting and empowering our members, advocating for their professional interests, and strengthening public education throughout Alabama.
