Life Care Center of Old Hickory Village places its primary focus on providing quality care to residents in a homelike environment. Our striking new, state-of-the-art, 75,000+ square-foot facility includes amenities that will make residents feel comfortable and at home.
Life Care Center of Old Hickory Village is a 124 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. With 72 private rooms, 23 semiprivate rooms, and 6 private suites, we have something to meet the needs of everyone. The 4,000+ square-foot therapy gym features specialty equipment that will increase the recovery process. Included in our therapy gym is our ADL suite, allowing guests to participate in our “Ready, Set, Go” program. This program allows our guests to address activities of daily living such as getting in and out of bed, washing clothes, and cooking meals. Our therapists will also make a home visit to evaluate the safety and accessibility of the patient once he or she returns home.
For the convenience of our guests, we have an ice cream parlor that can be accessed by the nursing staff 24-hours a day. Our Executive Chef meets with each guest after admission to determine food preferences for meals. Guests are encouraged to eat in the restaurant-style dining room and enjoy social interaction with other guests and staff. Guests will also be able to enjoy events planned by our Recreation Services department.
There are activities for everyone to enjoy during their stay at Life Care Center of Old Hickory Village. Included in one of the outdoor courtyards is a beautiful putting green where our therapists can assist guests with their golf swing. All guests are welcome to utilize the three day rooms, beauty salon, and library for their social, personal, or quite time. For special occasions, guests may reserve the private dining room to share a special evening with their family and friends. Valet is also offered for family and guests to make visiting Life Care Center of Old Hickory Village easy and convenient.
