We have been really busy this winter here at Sierra Park. Just recently Les spoke at Feather River College’s entrepreneur’s event, addressing the topic of: People, Profit and Planet in Plumas County. It was a great turn out and much fun was had. In December we finished a Bainbridge on Lot 30 just in time for Christmas and we are happy to welcome Dan and Adrienne to the neighborhood. We are almost finished building a brand new show home on Lot 11, The Helmsley. The Helmsley design is 1566 sqft. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a 2 car garage AND it is Energy Star and Solar Electric starting at only $245,000. Project Details: The project consists of an 11 acre residential development of 33 single family homes on individual lots, located at 901 Lee Road in Quincy, California, Plumas County. • 33 New Homes to be constructed on Lee Road in Quincy • 6 Home Designs give diversity to this planned neighborhood • Home Designs include 3 & 4 bedrooms, 2 to 2 ½ baths, living room, dining room and mud room. Single and two story designs, with 2 car attached garages • Lot sizes from 8,000 to 12,000 sq ft giving ample front and backyard areas • Construction period is 14 weeks.

The goal of Sierra Park Property Development LLC is threefold: to provide much needed housing for Quincy residents in a comfortable environment, to build quality homes that are attainable in price, and to make a positive contribution to the local economy.Sierra Park is the first of its kind in Quincy and will provide 33 single family homes close to schools and shopping. We have strived to give diversity to the neighborhood by creating six distinct house designs, planned on individual lots. Houses have been selected for each lot to allow for adequate yard areas and to optimize privacy. To further that diversity, we have chosen varied roof colors and customized exterior paint designs to give a more custom feel. Where possible, allowing home owners to choose their exterior colors and paint schemes, and front doors to suit their individual tastes. It is important to us that each buyer has a home they can be proud of and enjoy living in.
Plumas County is home to many of the best craftsmen in the building trades from engineering to final landscaping. Sierra Park Property Development LLC is proud to showcase their craftsmanship in our project. All are working hard to build a quality neighborhood of solid homes with the look, and many features, of custom homes. They are all giving this project their best and we are proud of the results in the finished product.
The development will be constructed over a six year period of time, allowing consistent work for local contractors and their employees. We will be featuring the craftsmanship of each of our contractors on the website as the project progresses and houses are completed. By employing local contractors, from the engineering stage to final landscaping, using local vendors whenever possible, and use of proceeds from housing sales, the contribution of this completed project will be an estimated $10 Million, 97% of which will proudly remain in Plumas County.
