FORT HALLECK DAYS EVENT (03/11/09)Fort Halleck Days Annual Event held July 23-25, 2009 at the foot of the Ruby Mountains on the historic 71-Ranch near Elko, Nevada. Three days of shooting competition,camping and enjoying the old west will include ranch dinners and old-west entertainment for the entire family. Shooting competitors are coming from across America to join the excitement.

About Us
Fort Halleck Volunteers is Cowboy Action Shooting at it's best. This shooting club has a private shooting range on the historic 71-Ranch at the foot of the beautiful Ruby Mountains. The club had monthly shooting comprtition except in the winter when members of the Fort Halleck Volunteers gather each month for a Pot-Luck Social Dinner, old west style. Those wishing to learn more about Cowboy Action Shooting can visit our website. Applications for membership are available at Gun World, one of our major sponsors. The club will host the Fort Halleck Days Event shooting competition in July bringing shooters from across the country. Check this site for scheduled monthly shooting competition once spring arrives. Fort Halleck Volunteers is a Cowboy Action Shooting Club located in Elko, Nevada. We have a private Shooting range located on the historic 71-Ranch at the foot of the beautiful Ruby Mountains. Club Members enjoy shooting competiton twice each month May thru November with Club Socials during the winter months. Fort Halleck Volunteers holds an Annual Event. In 2009, Fort Halleck Days will be held July 23-24-25. New members, guest and spectators are welcome

Fort Halleck Volunteers are dedicated to the preservation, history and safe use of the firearms used during the westward migration across the western United States in the late 1800's.
