Emmet County Health Needs Assessment

Emmet County Public Health and Avera Holy Family Hospital are working collaboratively in completing a Community Health Needs Assessment and we are asking for your input in this process.  The following survey focuses on health needs and strengths in Emmet County.  We estimate that it will take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete the survey. You may receive this survey from multiple sources and need only to complete one.
We plan to compile this information and use it to develop a plan to address health needs/issues in Emmet County.  We would like to THANK YOU in advance for your willingness to participate and your interest in helping us to improve the health of Emmet County residents.

Estherville From Where I Stand

We are in the process of creating a new Estherville Video. The premise of the video is Estherville from where I stand. We are looking for submissions from our community members of Estherville from where they stand. We want video clips of under 60 seconds of exciting things in Estherville from your point of view. Sitting in the stands when the Midgets score a touchdown at homecoming? - record it! Hiking or horseback riding in Fort Defiance? - record it! Playing outside or going for a bike ride with the family? - record it! Send us your submissions and for every clip you submit you will be entered into a drawing and 4 people will win $50! You will also be helping us spread the message about what a wonderful community Estherville is!! These video clips will be used in a promotional video for Estherville and will be showed publicly! Your phone, go-pro camera or any other recording device will work perfectly so get out there and capture Estherville from where you stand!
