Lunch and Learn

The September Lunch and Learn will be held on Wednesday, September 21st beginning at noon at the Estherville Hotel and Suites! The topic will be an overview of A.L.I.C.E.. We will be learning from Officer Nate Dunlavy about what to do in an active shooter situation! With recent major shootings in our country it is always good to be prepared. Join the Estherville Chamber and the ISU Extension Office in this educational experience. It will include lunch all for only $10 per person! 

Shopko Open

The Estherville Hometown Shopko Store is officially open! The store is open from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week. They will have their Grand Opening on September 9th! Check out this new store and remember to SHOP LOCAL FIRST!

Save the Date

Save the Date for the Big Fall Meeting, Thursday, September 29th at the Fort Defiance Lodge! The party will start with drinks and mingling beginning at 5 and dinner served from 5:30-7pm. Excel Estherville, The Estherville Area Partnership for Growth (formerly EIDC) and the Chamber will all be giving short updates on what's been going on with their organizations and what they are doing for Estherville! This new event is a combination of the Chamber's Annual Meeting and our Annual Banquet. Dinner is on us so come out and hear more about the progress of Estherville! 

Appreciation Dinner

The Estherville Ambassadors will be hosting their Annual Law Enforcement and Emergency Personnel Dinner on Tuesday, September 20th at the Estherville Golf Course! Tickets are available for purchase, you may buy tickets for yourself to attend or you may sponsor tickets for the honored guests! First Fright Hike Volunteer & Planning Meeting

The first Fright Hike planning and volunteer meeting will be Wednesday, September 14th at 6:30pm at the Chamber Office! We are looking for anyone who is interested in participating in Fright Hike on October 29th! There are many volunteer options available including, being a scarer, helping with set-up and tear down, having your own scary section and themed set-up, helping with non-scary crowd control, parking and other things non-scary! The possibilities are endless when it comes to helping with this event! Join us on September 14th!

Downtown Market Thursday and SATURDAY!

Downtown Market continues through the entire month of September! Don't miss out on delicious fresh produce, baked goods, craft items and so much more! The Estherville Farmer's Market has merged with the Downtown Market to make one big Estherville Downtown Market! You don't want to miss the fun this Thursday from 5-7pm and Saturday from 8-11am in Library Square!
