Friends of the EPL

Dear Friends,

Local businesses and organizations are welcome to join the Friends of the Estherville Public Library.  Your membership supports the programs and services provided to the community through the library, and enables the organization to offer much more than our operating budget would allow.  Our programs for all ages bring an average of nearly 300 people per month through our doors, and as always are free and open to everyone.

There are two ways to join.  You may follow this link to the Friends page of our website where you can select a membership level on the left side of the page and pay online:

https://www.estherville.lib.ia.us/friends/friends-of-the-estherville-public-library

Or, you may print out the attached letter and mail it in or drop it off (we have a 24-hour drop box just south of our main entrance, or stop in anytime we are open).

On behalf of the Friends of the Library Board, I’d like to thank you for your consideration,

Tena Hanson, Director

Staff Representative, Friends of the EPL Board

Heartland Technology Contest!

Heartland Technology is expanding! Help them name their store and you could win $100!!
We're Heartland Team Solutions, a technology company you'll actually love, and we're opening a a technology store at 500 Central Avenue in Estherville in early 2020. Our store will focus on providing and supporting next-generation technology products and services -- you know, "smart technology" stuff -- to consumers, businesses, and organizations.
But we need your help.
So, what exactly do we need your help with? We need a name for our store. A really awesome name that is short (yet descriptive) and memorable (but not cliche).
And here's the best part: if we select your idea, we'll award you $100.
