Estherville Bucks As we enter into the new year it's important to remind everyone about how Estherville Bucks work. From the retailer/service side each Estherville Buck given to you is a cash backed check. We make the Bucks in small increments to encourage spending them fully but if you receive an Estherville Buck that is greater than the amount of purchase you need to give cash back. Go to www.cityofestherville.org or go to the post on the Estherville Police Department's Facebook page for the link. If preferred, paper copies are available at the Police Department to fill out.
