Business After 5 hosting

Are you interested in hosting a Business After 5 event in 2013?  The following months are still available: March, May, August, September, November, December. Businesses are encouraged to co-host if you'd like and no matter if your business is big or small we'd love you to host. Give us a call if you want to sign up or if you have any questions.

Recycle old Christmas lights

Do you have old Christmas lights? The Estherville Rotary Club is collecting lights to recycle and help keep light strings out of the landfills. Drop your lights at Eyecare Centre, HyVee, Regional Wellness Center or the Estherville Daily News. They will accept very old strings of lights as well as new ones. There's no need to remove bulbs - the recycling company will take them as they come. The Rotary plans to collect lights until the first week of January 2013.

Christmas shopping ideas

Our Midget blankets have been a popular item for Christmas and we have plenty of them for sale for just $25. We've also got a handful of our Estherville pickle buckets for $20. And of course we have Estherville Bucks that are ideal for all - if you want to order some for your staff or family or friends just give us a call!

Annual Banquet

The Annual Banquet will be held at the VFW on Thursday January 17th. We've changed the weeknight from Monday to Thursday, so we hope most of you can make it! We'll kick off with social hour at 5.30pm. We are very excited to plan this great night out and hope to see you all there! Tickets are $20 each. Please register now to attend - you can do this online now by clicking HERE.

Event schedule:
5.30pm - social hour
6.30pm - dinner
Awards, live auction and raffle drawing to follow!

Raffle tickets on sale now for an iPad4!

The approaching Annual Banquet means it's also raffle time! We'll have our hands on the shiny new iPad4 and are now selling raffle tickets!

The iPad4 will be 32GB with wi-fi and Verizon Wireless will also throw in an accessories bundle and a 1-on-1 lesson. This is over $700 in value! The tickets are $5 each, 3 for $10, 5 for $15 or 7 for $20.

The Ambassadors wrapped up 2012 visits by attending the grand opening of the new Shopko Hometown, welcoming new stylists Pamela Liska and Ashley Mouw to Shear Attractions and cutting the ribbon at new store SignSational Designs with owner Julie Kern.
