June Business After 5
Join us in June for our monthly Business After 5 on Tuesday, June 11th co-hosted by Duitsman Plumbing and Tri-State Paving. The evening starts with a tour at Tri-State Paving (509 1st Ave North), continuing through the west door of the building to Duitsman's warehouse. Food and drinks at Duitsman's warehouse will follow the tours. See you there!
Regional Wellness Center Bike Time Trials
The Regional Wellness Center Bike Time Trials are underway. HERE

Our promotions committee met in May and our intended dates for Crazy Days sales will be July 18-20. We will help coordinate the sales with our retail members, so please save these dates so there is more strength in numbers to promote the sales!
The Rumbles - free concert!
The Chamber is sponsoring a FREE concert featuring The Rumbles on Saturday, June 29th. We'll open up the grounds at 7pm, with the concert starting at 8.30pm. There will be food for sale and a beer garden so bring a picnic blanket and chairs to Iowa Lakes Community College. It's going to be a great night out in Estherville! Click HERE

Registration is open for the Estherville Ambassadors 37th Annual Golf Day which is Tuesday June 18. Cost is $50 and includes 18 holes of golf, drinks, dinner and more. Please click HERE

Registration open for Couch to 5K
Register now to take part in the 2013 Couch to 5K program! The program is open (and free!) to all and includes:
A 9-week (3 workouts per week) plan that will take you from the couch to a 5K (courtesy of Cool Running)
One check-in event for each of the 9 weeks of the program, offering informational sessions by local fitness and nutrition experts
$5 off the (normally $25) entrance fee for the Run for the Cob
Weekly prizes will be offered (those who attend each week will be entered in a drawing).

Chamber Ambassadors Community Service Award
Congratulations to ELC graduate Gretchen Probst, who was the recipient of the $250 Chamber Ambassadors Community Service Award. The award is given annually to an ELC graduating senior who has consistently provided community service to our community. Gretchen was presented her award from Lisa Lowe, Chamber Ambassador President. Thanks to Estherville Daily News for the photo!

Local writers book signings
Several Estherville published authors will be taking part in a series of book signings this summer. Sponsored by Excel! Estherville's Art and Culture committee, the signings will take place at Simply Unique at 610 Central Avenue in Estherville. Come meet the authors, buy a book, hear readings and enjoy some refreshments. The schedule is as follows:
