With over 60 people it was definitely a great success! Thank you to Lyle Hevern and Bob Jensen for giving us great updates on EIDC and Excel! The Chamber is lucky to be highly involved with both groups as we work towards an even better Estherville! Thank You to everyone who helped us kick off a new Membership year! Fright Hike - New Event! The Chamber will be hosting a Fright Hike through the Haunted Forest on Halloween night from 7-9:30pm at Fort Defiance State Park! Bring your flash lights and be ready to get scared! Cost is $5 per person and proceeds will go to the Estherville Chamber and the Friends of Fort Defiance! If you are interested in helping with this event we will be having a planning meeting Monday October 21st at 5:15 at the Chamber offices! Volunteers are greatly needed! Business Trick or Treat! It's October which means it's time for pumpkins, costumes and trick-or-treating! This year the Estherville Business Trick-or-Treat night will be Thursday October 24th from 5-6pm or until the candy runs out! Get the kids dressed up and go to all the local businesses with Jack-o-Latern stickers in their windows or doors for goodies! If your business would like to particpate in Business Trick or Treat please call or email the Chamber. The cost is free. You provide the treats!
