We are a one-stop office! Coldwell Banker Home Loans Mortgage Advisor; Roger Holdenried is in our office to assist agents and clients with financing questions, mortgage pre-approval for buyers and sellers. For added convenience, U.S. Title maintains facilities within our office, with Karen Fikar, Escrow Manager to assist agents and clients with title, survey information, closing and settlement services for the sale. Our office also has several Relocation Specialists and Short Sale Specialists to assist in circumstances requiring expertise and services in those areas.
