About Us
It all started in an 800 square foot office with 2 flat tables and a hot tank, my mother at the front desk and $2000 dollars in the bank to get us through the year. We are now located off 5th St., in a beautiful 2850 square foot office in Eureka, Mo. The founder, Dr. Feder, is a Eureka native and was focused on returning to the area once his chiropractic training was complete in 1996. A Eureka High School graduate, he is also actively involved in the community. He has served on the Eureka Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 4 years and served as president of the Chamber in 2004 & 2005. Dr. Feder was elected to the Eureka Fire Protection District’s board of directors in 2003 for a 6 year term.
Our vision from the beginning was to create a welcoming holistic clinic for healing our patients and the community. We wanted our patient’s experience to be different than what they have had in the past. We wanted the complete experience to be one of relaxation and comfort, that they were not treated just as patients but as welcomed guests during their visits. Doctors often forget that they are in the service industry, that they are here to provide for the patient. So from the moment a patient calls our office until the time they are discharged we want them to feel comfortable and at home.
For this reason, we expanded our scope of practice beyond just chiropractic. Instead of just giving a patient a sheet of stretches to follow, we offer Yoga and Pilates. Instead of suggesting the patient get a massage, we have a certified massage therapist on site as well. We will help you to eat right, exercise correctly, stretch appropriately and appreciate the health and well being that we all deserve.
The services we offer to our patients have grown substantially from the flat tables and hot tank. We now offer Nutritional Counseling, Massage Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, Aikido (a martial art) and a decompression traction table for disc herniations.
