Event Cancellation & Luncheon Policies PROGRAM/EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: Program and event registration cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to scheduled event if attendance is not possible. Acceptable cancellation methods include calling or emailing a member of the Chamber Office staff. Remember that registrants may send a representative from their company in his/her place (if possible, please let us know ahead of time for name tag/attendee list purposes). If the registration is canceled, or if no one attended the event in place of the original registrant, it is considered to be a "no show" and payment will still be required. FACC LUNCHEON POLICY: Luncheon registrations made AFTER the Friday preceding the luncheon OR walk-ins on the day of the luncheon will be considered “late registration" and, as such, charged the amount of $25 to attend (as opposed to the regular member fee of $20). Program/Event Cancellation Policy still applies.
