Our journey began with a dream shared by cousins Jason McGowan (CEO) and Sawyer Hemsley (COO), who aimed to create the perfect cookie. After extensive testing and customer feedback, they perfected their signature chocolate chip cookie, setting a new standard in baking. Crumbl’s first store opened in Logan, Utah in 2017, emphasizing transparency and quality by allowing customers to witness the entire baking process.
Crumbl has since expanded its offerings from simple takeout and delivery to include curbside pickup, catering, and nationwide shipping.
