The walk is set to begin at 1:00 p.m. at the Pope County Health and Human Services building and ends at the Community Partners Drop-In Center around 3:00 p.m. Snacks and refreshments will be served at the drop-in Center at 125 East Minnesota Avenue.
The 21st Annual Kids' Day/Take a Kid Fishing is coming up on June 4th. We could use a few more sponsors to help with this free family event. If anyone is interested in being a participating sponsor please let the Welcome Center know at 320-634-3636.
The Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber asks that it's members log into the new system with the username and password that was emailed out to all of their members a week ago to ensure that the new directory information is up to date, to look at the members new feature areas and functions, and ensure that photos, descriptions, and other marketing efforts are up-to-date with information that you provide.
If you have not received the Welcome Email,
please email the Chamber and let them know to resend it to you!
We are also working on completing the Calendar of Events for the year, which did not transfer over to our new system. We hope to have that completed within the next week. To submit an event of your own,
click here and we will be happy to help share it!
As always, there is plenty to do in Glenwood and Pope County.
Have a good week!
We would like to congratulate the
GrandStay Hotel & Suites as being chosen as the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber Member of the Month!
