Consistent with the Pope County Sheriff's Office, the Glenwood Police Department is advising NO TRAVEL. The road conditions, wind and visibility are making travel very difficult and unsafe.

The City of Glenwood will be conducting snow removal and hauling operations Saturday morning, November 19, starting at 2:00 a.m. 

Parking restrictions in the downtown business district will be enforced.  Residents are reminded to move their vehicles from the street, or move them to a plowed section of street by 8:00 a.m. whenever snow is being plowed.  Vehicles not moved by 8:00 a.m. will be towed.
