Call Cheryl Kleven at 320-766-4665. Glenwood Library Accepting Used Books for Waterama Sale The Glenwood Public Library is accepting used books for their annual Waterama Used Book Sale. Please make sure they are in fair to good condition. Do not leave magazines, textbooks or encyclopedias. Proceeds from this sale go toward children's programs including the popular summer Reading Program. Pope County Residents should register for codeRED Weather Warning Residents should register for CodeRed Weather Warning, an automatic severe weather notification service. Unlike the community notification, citizens must register to receive these warnings by going to www.co.pope.mn.us, then click on the CodeRED logo on the right side of the home page and enter your contact information, according to the Pope County Sheriff's office. Congratulations to the city of Glenwood on receiving the $873,000 state grant to help with downtown commercial property improvement, rental property renovations and offset some of the city's costs for the amenities added to the Complete Streets project.
