August 6-13 is National Farmers Market Week

U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue has proclaimed August 6-13 to be National farmers Market Week. 

This is the 18th year USDA has supported local producers by encouraging families to meet, and buy from, the farmers and other vendors at their local farmers market.

The Pope County Farmers' Market is held at the Pope County Fairgrounds, on West Minnesota Avenue and State Highway 28 West. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., through October (as long as supplies last).

 We have seasonal vendors and part-time vendors. All items are Minnesota Grown or Minnesota Made (items hand crafted, etc.).

Pope County Farmers' Market is licensed by the Minnesota Department Agriculture -  (Minnesota Grown Labeling) and Member of Local Harvest.
