Magical Dollars
 Any area businesses, members or non-members of the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber & Welcome Center, are welcome to use "Magical Dollars;" its a great way to promote "Keep it Local." We offer $1.00, $5.00 and $10.00 paper dollars to be used in your place of business. They are redeemable starting January and you decide your own expiration date and how you want to use them. They will be printed and provided throughout the Christmas season free of charge. "the "Magical Dollars" you request can only be redeemed at your business.

No goods or services are provided to the sponsors in exchange for their financial donations. In order to receive the tax-deduction receipt, checks must be made out to the Glenwood Lakes Area Welcome Center, not the Chamber!

 The Pope County Historical Society will be hosting its Annual Christmas Open House and Silent Auction on Saturday December 1st from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Rise and Shine is starting up again in January with a "Meet and Greet" with
our new Executive Director of the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber, Janelle Negen.
Janelle came on board as director on October 22nd and is looking forward to meeting members of the community. All chamber members are encouraged to attend and the general public is also invited to stop by and meet Janelle. A light breakfast will be served. Don't forget to bring your business card for the door prize drawing.
