Blood Drive at Glenwood American Legion - Wednesday, March 13th Community Blood Drive – The American Red Cross will hold a Community Blood Drive from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13 at the Glenwood American Legion Post 187, 185 Highway 55 in Glenwood. Walk-ins are welcome. Preregister by Friday, March 15, at Palmer Creation or Glenwood State Bank for $12 or at the day of the event for $15/per person. “The weather forecast looks great and the course looks great according to Jim Palmer. Attendees at the Food Drop register, then go through a line where they are able to receive an assortment of food, free of charge. The Pope county Food Drop takes place at 12 p.m. at Glenwood United Parish 10 17th Ave. NW. Anyone wo lives in Pope County is able to attend.
