About Us

Central Park II of Haines City is a 55+ retirement community located in Polk County, Florida off Highway 27 in Haines City. We are minutes to I-4, attractions, theme parks, shopping, and restaurants. The community has 128 lots dedicated to single and double wide manufactured homes. Residents purchase the homes and rent the lots. The purchase of a new manufactured home includes one year of free lot rent. Featured manufacturers are Homes of Merit and Skyline.

We have an active community association, a large clubhouse, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and a large heated pool. We also have laundry and bathroom facilities.

Central Park II is a 55+ Mobile Home Park licensed under Florida Statute Chapter 723. The business was established in 1985.
