About Novacom Inc.

Novacom Wireless is located at 100 south 13th street in the heart of downtown Herrin, Illinois. We have been locally owned and operated since 1983. We added several new team members in 2020 and now have the largest staff we have ever had to better serve our customers.

Novacom was one of the first companies to offer cellular phones in the early 80s. We have continued to grow and evolve in the communication field. Since 1983 our company has provided paging services to the Southern Illinois area, and we continue to provide that service. We introduced two-way radios in 1986 and have expanded that department to include not just radios, but also accessories and a dedicated repair department to better serve our customers.
