About Central Texas Chapter of AUSA
Central Texas Chapter of the Association United States Army
Established in 1950 as a nonprofit educational and professional development association by the Army, AUSA is dedicated to serving America's Total Army ? including soldiers, Army civilians, and their families ? as well as industry partners and supporters of national defense. At the heart of our mission is providing a voice for the Army, supporting Soldiers, and honoring those who have served, all in the pursuit of advancing the security of our nation.
Our chapter's mission is deeply rooted in contributing to the enhancement of quality of life on Fort Cavazos, TX, and surrounding areas. We are committed to sustaining the community's unwavering support for Fort Cavazos' Soldiers and their families while nurturing the enduring relationship between the community, the base, and the U.S. Army. Additionally, we strive to promote the significance and longevity of Fort Cavazos and actively support ROTC programs at high schools, community colleges, and universities within our chapter's jurisdictional boundaries.
Through our multifaceted initiatives, events, and partnerships, the Central Texas Chapter of AUSA endeavors to foster a stronger, more resilient military community while upholding the values of service, excellence, and camaraderie. Join us in our mission to honor, support, and advance the interests of America's Army and its dedicated personnel.
