Southern Roots Brewery is proud to call Texas home, where the values of southern hospitality, family, camaraderie, and exceptional craft beer converge.
Our journey began in Waco in 2018, but the story of our brews predates our official founding. It all started with a simple homebrewing hobby, experimenting with our inaugural recipe, the HOT Blonde. As word spread, neighbors began flocking to sample our creations, leading us to brew exclusively for family weddings. With each emptied keg, it became evident we were onto something special.
With enthusiasm and determination, we continued to refine our craft until our debut lineup was perfected. In the fall of 2018, Southern Roots Brewery blossomed into existence, a testament to our passion for creating memorable beer experiences.
