Highland Health Care Earns Cert!

Great Place to Work Institute, an independent research and consulting firm, conducts an extensive anonymous employee survey to explore the workplace experience. The organization evaluated staff experiences through more than 60 questions at Highland Health Care Center. These included:
  • Employee pride in the organization’s community impact
  • Belief that their work makes a difference
  • Feeling their work has special meaning, and more
 
Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are, their title, or what they do at Highland Health Care Center. Certification is valid for one year.
