While cost for the Balloon Scape metal fixtures are still being finalized, it looks like the cost could range from $500-$750. If you have interest in purchasing a Balloon Scape in 2015, send an email expressing interest to whatsup@indianolachamber.com. We are gathering a list of interested parties to get a possible number of Balloon Scapes needed in 2015! Red Rock Community Action Program 2nd Annual Holiday Gift Basket Program Red Rock Community Action Program Warren County Center presents the 2nd Annual Holiday Gift Basket Program. Each $30 donation will provide a low-income family with a ham, potatoes and gravy, noodles, broccoli, dessert, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Please help a family in need this holiday season. Donations can be dropped off at 1009 S. Jefferson Way Indianola, IA 50125. Please call 515-961-2543 for more information. Donations will be accepted until December 6, 2014. The Chamber office will be closed Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th. We hope you all have a great holiday and enjoy time with family and friends. The Chamber will be open again on Monday, December 1. Happy Thanksgiving! Holiday Extravaganza 2014 Winners of the Lighted Parade! Thank you to all of our wonderful sponsors and participants of the 2014 Holiday Extravaganza! Because of you, we were able to have another great event! The square looked beautiful and the lighted parade was a great success! We had some excellent parade entries this year. Volunteer of the Year: Give an award to someone who you know has volunteered within the Indianola community and who you believe deserves to be recognized for their efforts! Educator of the Year: This award is given to a faculty, staff, or administrative person from the Indianola Community School District whose actions reflect an accomplishment on behalf of the community. Indianola Business Improvement Award (Golden Hammer): This award is given out to a business who has completed projects that have improved a building within the Indianola community. This includes development of a building or renovation/repurpose of an existing building that adds value to the community. The nomination forms are available from the Chamber's website www.indianolachamber.com and due December 1, 2014. The award winners will be recognized during the Chamber Annual Business Meeting on January 15, 2015.
