The Academy is an 8-week work-out program at CrossFit 65/69 that focuses on  body weight exercises, light weights and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The program maximizes everyone's potential regardless of fitnes level and keeps exercise fun and exciting!

The Taste and Tour of Homes was a huge success this past weekend with record ticket sales!
