Lead Well Series September 13, 2016

In partnership with The Carlson Group LLC, Your Clear Next Step brings you the exciting Lead Well Series beginning Sept. 13, designed to develop your role as a leader.

Facilitated by Gary Walljasper, who has more than 20 years of leadership consulting expertise, this class will help leaders and managers gain confidence in their role through increased self-awareness, understanding of their strengths and skills, learning how to build better relationships with staff and employees as well as taking on that ever-important role of setting expectations, and developing and growing your employees beyond just the typical employee who simply accomplishes minor tasks.

This five-part series, held Sept. 13 through Nov. 15, is a great way to grow your company’s leadership. Classes are held at The Studio, conveniently located in the heart of Indianola, south of the Indianola Square. If you’re not sure this is the class for you, the first two sessions of the series are available separately.

Visit the Your Clear Next Step website today for more information and to register at http://www.yourclearnextstep.com/class-list/leadership/.
