This survey is important for attraction and retention of employees as Indianola continues to recruit new businesses to the area. Both employers and employees are encouraged to complete the survey. The results will provide direction to community and business leaders to determine what more we can do to improve the quality of life in Indianola, as well as Central Iowa, resulting in increased talent attraction and retention. This survey was last conducted in 2014.
