Indianola Noon Lions offers a 6-Night Stay to Raise Money for Local Causes


The Indianola Noon Lions Club is sponsoring a raffle prize for a six-night stay, in two bedroom unit, at the location of your choice, subject to availability. Lodging provided through Royal Aloha.

Raffle Tickets are $10 per ticket.  The drawing will be held on December 17th. To purchase a ticket, contact Greg Avitt, Avitt Automotive, 515/ 961-3310.

Join the Indianola Community School District for the ribbon cutting and opening of the new District Office! The ceremony will take place on December 10, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.

You are Invited to Break the Ice and Cut the Ribbon

Indianola Ice Rink



When: December 12, at 1:30 p.m.
Where: Pickard Park


The rink was made possible by a generous donation from Iowa Wild and Wells Fargo. 

Representatives from Iowa Wild will be in attendance, and we are expecting local TV, radio and newspaper media coverage of the event.

After the ceremony, the rink will be open for free public skating until dusk.  Bring your skates, and be among the first to enjoy the facility noon to dusk
The open or closed status of the rink will be posted on the Indianola Parks & Recreation Facebook page, as well as with signage located at the rink.
