Speaking and Presenting to Others

Ready to improve your presentation skills? We’ve got your mic!

When: All Day August 13
Details and Registration Here

Studies continue to show that many North Americans are terrified of public speaking. We think that the more you prepare, the more confident you’ll become, and the better your presentation will be!

This class will cover all the elements of an exceptional presentation, from soup to nuts. You’ll learn how to polish your presentation and materials, all the way through your delivery to make sure your audience hears what you have to say.

Objectives

  • – Describe key ingredients of a successful presentation and characteristics of a good presenter
  • – Demonstrate the power of nonverbal communication “dos and don’ts”
  • – Identify how to structure your story: opening, core, and close
  • – Explore the fundamentals of effective delivery and recovery
  • – Try keys to engaging and connecting with the audience
  • – Gain tips and techniques to overcome (or workaround) the fear of public speaking
  • – Practice and put your presentation skills to the test

Does your technology system have you wondering?

Be ahead of the game when it comes to your IT needs.

"Let's Talk! It costs nothing to talk to us but it could cost you a lot if you don't." Justin Perry

A few weeks ago, I stepped into a new role at MMIT. My goal is to help you put the right IT and network support in place so you can focus on your core business. We want to be more than a technology lifeline. A partnership with MMIT Business Solutions Group provides a comprehensive and proactive approach to secure your network and protect your system and your data. We help you become more efficient and lower your operating costs. A relationship with MMIT consolidates your document management and IT services with one local partner that can readily identify issues before they result in downtime.

Why are we different?
  • Cost-Free Technology Review – Other companies charge from $500.00 - $1,000.00 to assess your current system. With MMIT, you get another set of eyes on your network health and security, providing a complete inventory of network at no charge. You get an opportunity to compare our support program and pricing with the current partner.
