At Honey Bean Coffee & Tea Company, our journey commenced from a simple yet pressing need for exceptional, locally sourced coffee in the charming town of Junction, TX. Nestled amidst the picturesque hills of Central/West Texas, Junction boasts thriving rivers that meander through its valley, offering awe-inspiring vistas accessible by both foot and kayak. However, when it came to coffee, options were limited to what one might find in a gas station cup. Recognizing this gap, we endeavored to create the perfect cup of coffee for this community. Personally, my sanctuary lies in a stroll with a creamy latte in hand and a loyal pup by my side. This little oasis was as vital to me as it was to this town, and thus, with invaluable support from my sister and mother, both Junction residents (responsible for the delectable homemade baked goods that grace our window daily), we brought this vision to life.
Built upon a foundation of sustainability, our brand is committed to making conscientious choices. Our "plastic" cold cups are crafted from plant fiber, while our straws are fashioned from cornstarch or hay. Every hot cup and lid we offer is 100% compostable, further underscoring our dedication to reducing environmental impact. Thus, we exclusively source natural and organic syrups, fair-trade organic coffee beans, and dairy products sourced from Texas.
