Crystal's journey in the field of healthcare began in 2003 when she managed activities for residents in an assisted living facility, sparking a profound connection with the elder community. Crystal's dedication to her craft led her to pursue a nursing career, culminating in the completion of her Associates of Applied Sciences in Nursing in 2007. Over the years, she honed her skills in various medical disciplines, finding her true calling while working with KRMC Hospice. For six years, Crystal provided compassionate care at the Joan and Diane Hospice house, earning accolades such as the Women Making History Award in 2018 and The Josie King Award, recognizing her as a stellar patient advocate.
As a Kingman native, Crystal is deeply rooted in the community, where she and her husband are raising two remarkable daughters.
