With a dedication to upholding the dignity of every individual, Imagine Housing offers stable homes that foster opportunities and connections within the community. Founded in 1987 as Saint Andrew’s Housing Group, the organization has steadily grown over the years, developing 639 affordable apartment homes across East King County. From the inception of Andrew’s Arms in 1992 to the recent development of award-winning communities like Velocity, Imagine Housing has remained steadfast in its mission to address the need for affordable housing while expanding services to support residents' stability and well-being.
As Imagine Housing enters a new phase of growth, marked by a name change in 2011 and the development of bold visions for the future, the organization continues to forge partnerships and engage with the local community. With 15 apartment communities under its management and more in the development pipeline, Imagine Housing is poised to make an even greater impact in preserving affordable housing and creating accessible opportunities for low-income individuals on the Eastside. Through collaborative efforts with community leaders and stakeholders, Imagine Housing seeks to strengthen its commitment to serving residents and building a future where everyone has a place to call home.
