About Eastside Pathways
Eastside Pathways
Eastside Pathways is a non-profit organization based in Bellevue, Washington, dedicated to improving the lives of children and families in the Eastside community. Our mission is to create a seamless system of support for all children, from cradle to career, by bringing together organizations, schools, and community members to work towards common goals.
At Eastside Pathways, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. We are committed to addressing the systemic barriers that prevent many children from accessing the resources and support they need to succeed. By collaborating with local partners and stakeholders, we aim to build a network of services and programs that can provide comprehensive support for children at every stage of their development.
Our approach is rooted in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. We use evidence-based practices to identify areas of need within our community and develop targeted strategies for improvement. By measuring our progress against specific benchmarks, we can ensure that our efforts are making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in the Eastside area.
One of our key initiatives is the Cradle-to-Career framework, which focuses on creating a pathway for success for every child from early childhood through adulthood. This holistic approach addresses not only academic achievement but also social-emotional development, health and wellness, and college and career readiness. By working with schools, social service agencies, healthcare providers, businesses, and other community organizations, we can create a coordinated system of support that meets the diverse needs of all children in our community.
Through our collaborative efforts, we strive to create an Eastside where every child has access to high-quality education, healthcare, housing stability, family support services, and more. Together with our partners and supporters, we are working towards a future where all children have the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
