Sheila Storrer, a professional certified coach and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, leads our coaching practice with a commitment to a holistic approach. Sheila's Background
Sheila is not only a seasoned coach but also a founding team member at LUMO, a collective of executive coaches dedicated to transforming the working parent culture. Her experience extends to working within organizations of all kinds, starting her coaching journey by assisting parents in navigating the challenges of parenting teens and tweens through the creation of the Happy Parent | Happy Teen coaching program.
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Sheila draws on two decades of experience supporting adults and families in various professional settings. In 2015, driven by a passion for future-focused conversations, she transitioned to coaching. Sheila's unique blend of social work, therapy, and coaching, combined with her signature humor and warmth, provides clients with laser-sharp insight and straightforward truth-telling to motivate them to discover and act upon their dreams.
Sheila holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, a testament to her dedication to excellence. Additionally, she is certified by Accomplishment Coaching, a year-long program that demands ongoing personal and professional training. Sheila earned her Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Long Beach, and holds an LICSW from the State of Washington. Based in Seattle, she resides with her husband and has two young adult sons.
