The Town House Motel is an AAA approved establishment located about one hour Northeast of Los Angeles in the High Desert city of Lancaster.
We offer clean and comfortable rooms, in a safe and quiet property.

The Town House Motel is close to many local attractions such as the Big 8 Softball Complex, Lancaster Soccer Center, Clear Channel Stadium. The Motel has also been the location of numerous films and commercials, including the major motion picture "Joy Ride".
