RSVP by May 26th and AlphaGraphics will ship you a Free "Survival Kit" that we'll unbox as part of the event. (Available for first 150 attendees)

AlphaGraphics has also pulled together a litany of fantastic ideas around re-launching or re-opening your business in this new reality. Our world has certainly changed, at least for the short term, and AlphaGraphics feels fully prepared to help your company overcome these obstacles and continue to keep connected to your clients and prospects, no matter the world circumstances!

Business of the Month

Congratulations to American Fork Hospital for being our May
Business of the Month Winners!

American Fork Hospital is a leading-edge community hospital that has proudly served the residents of north Utah County for 83 years.  This 90 bed facility employs more than 800 caregivers who work with a medical staff of nearly 300. As one of the most popular destinations for delivering babies in Utah, the team has earned a reputation for offering compassionate, personalized care.

American Fork Hospital has received many awards through the years and has most recently received several recognitions for quality and safety:
  • IBM Watson Top 100
  • Vizient Award
  • Centers for Medicare and Medicaid 5 Star Award
  • Utah Safety Council Award of Merit
  • Leapfrog Safety “A” Grade

Exceptional leadership, combined with agile and skilled caregivers, has proven to be a strength during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The team at American Fork Hospital has quickly responded by preparing and continuing to be ready for all possible needs. One example of how the nimble team spirit has impacted our area, is their quick action to stand-up a drive through testing site. From the moment the need was clear, caregivers rallied to put all the processes in place and within a day, were ready to serve.  To date, the hospital has performed more than 5,000 tests and continues at a steady pace, 7 days a week. This is just one of the many ways American Fork Hospital is working to always be here for our community.

We are so incredibly grateful for our frontline caregivers, especially now during the
COVID-19 crisis! We know our health professionals are going the extra mile working long hours to make sure those who need the help are getting it.

The Utah Economic Response Task Force:
As many of you have probably seen by now, yesterday, Governor Herbert released the Utah Leads Together 3.0 plan!  If you have not seen/read through the plan, I encourage you to do so!  https://coronavirus.utah.gov/state-leaders-release-utah-leads-together-3-0/

The Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED):
I have brought this up in the past two emails I have sent but GOED still has a good deal of money available to send out for the Commercial Rental Assistance Program so I wanted to flag it for you all again.  This program is designed to assist businesses, who have lost revenue due to COVID-19, pay their rent.  Approved applicants will receive a grant between 25% - 100% of their monthly rent, not exceeding $10,000.  The percentage will be based on a formula that takes into account the company’s loss of gross revenue and whether the company received funds from the PPP.  Small businesses, non-profits, sole proprietors, independent contractors and self-employed individuals are able to apply!

To be eligible applicants must:
  • Have a current lease on commercial property in the state of Utah
  • Claim Utah as their principal place of business
  • Be in operation with fewer than 100 employees on Feb. 15, 2020
  • Demonstrate at least a 50% loss of gross monthly revenue after March 1, 2020, as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Not received funds from the COVID-19 Agricultural Operations Grant Program (funded with federal CARES Act money)

Those interested in applying can do so at: https://business.utah.gov/utah-covid-19-commercial-rental-assistance-program/.

If you have any further questions, comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know!

Have a great day!
