About Us

Welcome! I'm Jessica Kisiel, a wellness professional and former pro-athlete. During my sports career I've had several orthopedic surgeries, pain and disappointments. The good news is, I've found a way to rise above these set-backs to remain active and competitive.

Using an integrative approach, I'm even enjoying once forbidden forms of exercise such as running. My goal is to help you do the same; whether your idea of play is walking the dog, riding a century, a low scoring round of golf, elite athletics, climbing a high peak...
