How The Y Stands on the Road!
The Family YMCA's Board has adopted a support statement that advocates for safe walkways and bikeways in our road systems, and for safe pathways to schools and gathering places. It was adopted in support of access to healthy activities and exercise. Click here to see the statement.

Construction Ahead
Our long awaited and anticipated expansion of the Cardio Wellness area is slated to begin Monday 11/8. As committed as our contractor, ESA, is to minimal disruption to our membership, we do anticipate some inconvenience. The end result will be a larger cardio facility. We are committed to keeping you informed of various stages of construction. We have created a "CONSTRUCTION ZONE" bulletin board, located next to the men's locker room.
