About Us
The Los Alamos Fitness Center, located in the Mari Mac Shopping Plaza at 771 Central Avenue, offers a wide variety of services to help you achieve your health and fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer a fully equipped weight room with over 40 pieces of equipment and 30,000 pounds of weights. Our variety of cardiovascular equipment includes Precor Ellipticals, treadmills, stair steppers, recumbent bikes, Crosstrainer, Versaclimber, X-Bike, Express Fitness Bike, S-316 Fluid Rower, and Recumbent Stepper.
In addition, we offer a number of classes, FREE to members, that include abs and glutes, aikido, cardio conditioning & Step, stretching, superflex, women's weight training, yoga, Zumba, and 50+ fitness classes.
