About Us
AFH is a not for profit provider that offers services to adults/children with developmental disabilities to assist each individual to achieve their desired outcomes. AFH believes in an individual's right to choose services most suited to his or her needs and provides a wide range of services to accommodate the needs.Job Placement offers a job coach to help find and maintain jobs in areas of landscaping, restaurants, retail stores, supermarkets and other industries.
School to Work Transition programs help students prepare for future employment.
Center Based Employment provides warehouse type jobs where skills are gained in the areas of assembly, collation, mail services, sorting, packaging, etc.
Day Treatment and Training provides opportunities for individuals to learn social skills, to volunteer in their community, to attend community events or learn board games based on interest and skills.
Home and Community Based Serivces provides individuals daily living skill training to be more independent, assistance in maintaining activities of daily living, or respite for the caregiver to have a break.
