In order for us to achieve this, we need to be sure all of the community businesses are setup properly and ready to broadcast. Each voting member of the Marion Chamber of Commerce has been sent a username and password to access/change/update their business and advertising services provided as part of their membership with the Marion Chamber. There are three easy steps each member of the Marion Chamber of Commerce needs to follow in order to activate all of the services provided. The Marion Chamber of Commerce has invested in a state-of-the-art community wide economic development infrastructure. This provides a SINGLE network that can host all of the businesses/organizations within the community. Members can now be connected to the official Area Search Engine for the community, and the official mobile application while leveraging the significant prospect traffic coming into the organization's network. Following three easy steps will drastically improve your LOCAL advertising results through the Area Search Engine, Mobile Applications and through traditional search engines like Google and Bing. The Official Area Network, Official Mobile App, Official Calendar Network and Official Search Network has been developed by Marion Chamber staff and Chamber of Commerce executives throughout the country for their members. August Business After Hours / Ribbon Cutting to be held at Melise's The August Marion Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours will be held on Thursday, August 28 from 4:30-7 p.m. at Melise's. Join us in celebrating Melise's expansion of products and services, including the addition of Tru Identity by Dr. Carmen! There will be a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m., followed by the Business After Hours event. Jessica Folmar with Hurst-Rosche Engineers (a Marion Chamber of Commerce member) has volunteered to help the Chamber by photographing our Members’ businesses and organizations and other unique points of interest in the area. Jessica will call each business on the day she plans to take photographs at their location. She will give a time estimate of her arrival. She does not need assistance to take the photographs and will not interrupt the flow of your business. Her purpose is to show your business in an artistic and meaningful way so the Chamber may use the photos to help market and promote your business. If you have any special requests of a certain area you would like marketed by a photograph Jessica will take, please be sure to contact her with that request at jfolmar@hurst-rosche.com and she will do her best to accommodate your request. She has also graciously offered to e-mail the photo of your business that she takes to you if you contact her with that request.
