This Month's Topic: Building from the Ground Up with Ashlee Church Ashlee Church, GM of Volkswagen of Marion, will be joining Russell Williams for a discussion on building a business from the ground up, selling Marion as a “viable market” to a multinational corporation, and building a diverse team. Ashlee started working in the auto industry 17 years ago and led the effort to secure an open point for the Volkswagen franchise in southern Illinois which opened in 2014.
