Launch Federal Credit Union Increases Minimum Pay
Launch Federal Credit Union is increasing its minimum wage.  The minimum pay for entry level employees will be $12.00 per hour, effective January 1, 2017.   This compares favorably to a state minimum wage of $8.10 per hour, and a national minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.

“We realize that to bring the best talent to work with us and our members, we need to prove their value with a higher pay than what they can earn elsewhere,” says Launch FCU President Joe Mirachi.

Launch FCU plans to increase the minimum pay every year.  Along with a competitive wage structure, the credit union also offers a generous benefits package, Monday through Friday hours for its employees, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) plan, training opportunities, and a friendly, inviting work environment.

For more information on Launch Federal Credit Union, please visit www.Launchfcu.com or call (321) 455-9400.
