Louis Wilson, a labor and employment attorney with Ford Harrison, will help small businesses owners understand the legal requirements associated with new federal paid leave laws enacted in response to COVID-19, including discussion of new guidance and rules issued by the US Department of Labor. Mike Cerow, Tax Partner and Rob Broline, Consulting Partner at CRI will identify the types of available funding options through the SBA, review payroll tax credits for employers, and discuss the most recent updates to the Payroll Protection Plan (PPP).  They can answer questions about the various programs and relief packages, as well as provide updates on their implementation.

YOUR HELP NEEDED! COVID-19 COMMUNITY ACTION SURVEY

Florida residents are encouraged to do their part in helping Florida flatten the curve by anonymously answering questions that range from age and residency, to recent travel, to potential COVID-19 contact. The StrongerThanC-19 community action survey is designed to gather information to help the Department track and slow the spread of COVID-19 in Florida; it is not a symptom checker designed to dispense medical advice.

The StrongerThanC-19 community action survey is free to use and can be accessed by visiting: www.StrongerThanC19.com.

Space Coast Area Transit Modifies Service Effective Immediately

BREVARD COUNTY, FL. -- All Space Coast Area Transit fixed routes will be operating on “Saturday Schedules”, with service extended by 2 hours until 8:15 PM, effective immediately.
